Florida 2024 – Day 10
Up up and away by 8.15am, on our way to Universal Studios.
Once again we were exceptionally lucky to have our usual private guides Kristi and Kendall to escort us around the park.

We were shown to Cafe La Bamba for a full breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs, and waffles, French toast with maple syrup and fruit and lots of other options to choose from.

After breakfast we went on the massive water ride Popeye Falls where everyone managed to get soaked even though we were wearing waterproof ponchos!!!

Some of the bravest of the guys choose to go onto the fast rides like Dr Dooms Fear Fall which is extremely high up, and SHREK Roller Coaster. Whilst the other guys choose to do the more sedate rides like Cat in The Hat at Dr. Seuss’s World.
We had our lunch at Minions Restaurant where we were able to try some very weird flavour combinations.

Everyone went on the ET ride, it was fantastic, you felt like you were flying.
We walked onto Troll land and went on the Trollercoaster.
Chris managed to arrange a private meet and greet with The Trolls for all of us, it truly was memorable and really enjoyed by all of the group. Thank you Chris.

We went on even more rides, like The Mummy and Spider Man to name a few, and an Alien Shooting game. So much fun was had by all.

Kristi and Kendall took us through the back doors to go on every ride, so we never had to queue.
Then came a truly magical unexpected surprise for the students. We went to Harry Potter World and went on the ride, after which we had another exceptional experience where we had a private meeting with Wizard in the Wand Shop. Two of the guys were lucky enough to have a wand which chose them!!!!!!
All of the group were gifted their own choice of personal wand. It was so touching and beautiful to see how excited and emotional some of the group became when they realised that they could actually keep their wands forever. A truly wonderful moment to witness.
The guys were able to use their wands to magic up some spells, and see the fire breathing dragon.

Kristi and Kendall showed us to our private viewing area where we were able to watch the parade which was full of different dancers and characters from films.
Then it was time to say goodbye and drive over to Disney Springs, where everyone got changed and had a look around the shops .
Then we were off for a truly scrumptious last night dinner at Planet Hollywood. Which were huge portions and delicious.
We were gifted some amazing mahossive donuts from Jimmy with numerous varieties for our pudding, with enough left for a naughty breakfast tomorrow.
We came back to the villas to finish our packing and to sort everything out ready for tomorrow.
