New chair for Shea
Posted: August 30, 2024
Shea was born at 29 weeks weighing 1lb 14oz .
At 6 weeks he had a rare type of meningitis and sepsis which lead to him having a brain abscess . The brain under the abscess has gone so his brain has a hole in which lead to Shea being diagnosed with cerebral palsy and epilepsy . He has had brain surgery and heart surgery to fix a hole in his heart he has also been diagnosed with autism and is partially sighted and has global development delay . He is non verbal and stuggles everyday he is fed by tube as he has a very unsafe swollow and needed a chair he can relax in while feeding and watching his iPad other wise he is confined to his wheel chair.
I can’t thank your charity enough for helping us.
