Charlie's Back on the Road

Despite having serve tunnel vision, Charlie is very lively and is a regular on the many activities and outing arranged by the Berkshire County Blind Society.  He was very upset at not being able to go out biking with his family; so it was a welcome surprise when he was presented with the new bike.

Charlie suffers from retinitis pigmentosa, a rare degenerative condition that means he is rapidly losing his sight and will eventually go blind.  His parents are therefore very keen that Charlie sees and experiences as much as possible before that happens.
